Nina is a life long entrepreneur, and successful business owner who has enjoyed downsizing for seniors and families relocating. Growing up in Miami Beach, she has enjoyed treasure hunting on Lincoln Road and attending many estate sales since she was a young child. Her passion for home design, staging and selling continued to be a hobby as she consulted for several local consignment shops. Nina decided to put her love and dedication to start Park Place.

Park Place and Nina goes above and beyond to discover her clients needs and meet their goals. Her team brings a wealth of knowledge, expertise, creativity, and an enthusiastic vision to every sale.

From the beginning to end, Nina will provide a wide range of services from the actual sale to the clean out and preparation for the house sale. Park Place will customize each sale according to the clients individual needs. Each client’s home is handled with care, expertise and detail.
